These Terms govern access to and use of Finlazo accounts, payments, wallet services and related products. Specific products, jurisdictions, or partner services may also be subject to additional terms.

Eligibility
You may use the services only where you are eligible under applicable law and the requirements presented for the relevant product. Services are not available in every jurisdiction.

Account registration
You must provide accurate information, keep your details updated, and protect your account credentials and authorised devices.

Customer verification
Finlazo may require identity, business and source-of-funds information before or during service use. See our KYC Policy for more information.

Services
Finlazo may provide wallets, transfers, conversion, payment services, fiat on- and off-ramps, virtual-asset services, or business payment products where offered and available to you.

Third-party providers
Finlazo may use external banks, payment providers, custodians, liquidity providers, technology vendors, or other infrastructure partners.

Transactions
You are responsible for reviewing transaction instructions and details before confirming them. Processing, settlement, limits and restrictions may depend on the product, network, provider, risk controls and applicable law.

Fees and exchange rates
Fees and applicable exchange rates may be shown before or during a transaction where required or appropriate.

Virtual assets
Virtual assets may be volatile and transfers may be delayed, irreversible, or unavailable when a network or provider is disrupted. Nothing on the platform is investment advice.

Deposits and withdrawals
Deposits and withdrawals are subject to supported assets, networks, instructions, limits, verification and applicable risk and compliance controls.

Prohibited use
You must not use the services for unlawful activity, fraud, sanctions evasion, money laundering, misuse of another person’s identity, interference with systems, or abusive activity.

Account restrictions and suspension
Finlazo may restrict, suspend or terminate access where required information is not provided, risk cannot be appropriately managed, fraud or misuse is suspected, law requires it, or these Terms are materially breached.

You must cooperate with applicable verification and financial-crime controls. See our AML Policy and KYC Policy.

Security responsibilities
Keep credentials confidential, use secure authorised devices, and promptly report suspicious activity or unauthorised access.

Links or integrations to third-party websites and services are provided for convenience or functionality.

Intellectual property
Finlazo and its licensors retain rights in the Finlazo name, branding, software, content and related materials.

Availability and changes to services
Services may evolve, be modified, suspended or discontinued because of provider, network, security, legal or operational requirements.

Except where these Terms or applicable law provide otherwise, services are provided subject to their stated availability and conditions.

Liability
Any limitations of liability that apply to a particular product or service will be stated in the applicable terms and interpreted subject to mandatory law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where applicable and permitted by law, you may be responsible for losses, claims or costs arising from your unlawful use of the services, breach of these Terms, or infringement of another party’s rights.

You or Finlazo may end access in accordance with the applicable product terms and law. Obligations that by their nature should continue may survive termination.

Governing law and disputes
The governing law and dispute process for a particular service will be stated in the applicable product or customer agreement. Where no such provision is supplied, applicable mandatory law will govern.

We may update these Terms as services, law or operational requirements change. Where required, we will provide appropriate notice of material updates.
